Gianluca Cerchiello is a composer and sound designer for visual media based in Los Angeles

In 1993 he graduated in Contemporary Writing & Production from Berklee College of Music in Boston.
After 10 years in Los Angeles – where he is a partner of Film Scoring Lab, a company specializing in music and audio post production for live action – he now lives on Lake Como, splitting his time between Italy and the United States.
Specialized and heavily involved in the animation industry and beyond, he has worked as a composer, orchestrator, sound designer, music producer, pianist / keyboardist, post-production engineer and sound editor for Columbia Pictures, Disney, Cartoon Network, Weinstein Company, Netflix, NBCUniversal, Italian International Film, Rai Cinema and Rai Ragazzi.
